Portimão Sun Sailing Team Academy organizes sailing events for groups and companies.
Sailing is a different and most effective way of team building. We develop indoor
and outdoor training courses for companies. Our training sessions encourage personal
and group development through outdoor activities. In these activities people are
placed in adverse situations having the opportunity to overcome their limits and
challenges, sharing victories and frustrations with the group, creating a series
of learning and results.The training courses are carefully tailored to meet our
clients’ needs.
